1. Sponsor
The Whip It Flip It Recipe Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Whip It Flip It (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of WhipItFlipIt.com, a recipe-sharing platform for everyday home cooks and families.

2. Promotion period
Each Promotion cycle runs for approximately sixty (60) days. The Entry Period start and end dates for the current cycle are shown on the Giveaway page and are set by Sponsor in the admin dashboard.
Sponsor may adjust cycle dates for operational reasons with reasonable notice on the Giveaway page when practicable.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor and their affiliates, and anyone involved in administering or judging the Promotion, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited. You must comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws.
4. How to enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or paid subscription will not improve your chances of winning.
During an Entry Period: (a) create a free WhipItFlipIt.com account; (b) upload three (3) or more original recipes you personally created and actually cook for your household (weeknight dinners, meal prep, and simple family meals qualify); (c) include a video on at least one (1) of those recipes showing some or all of the actual cooking process (uploaded reel, phone clip, or approved external video link); and (d) ensure your recipes remain accessible and meet our content guidelines through winner verification.
Limit one (1) entry per person per cycle, regardless of how many qualifying recipes you upload.
Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited.
5. Originality requirement
All submitted recipes must be your own original work. Recipes may not be copied, paraphrased, or substantially derived from another website, cookbook, video, or AI-generated source without authorization.
Recipes must not duplicate a recipe already published on WhipItFlipIt.com by another user.
Video content must correspond to the recipe submitted and must depict real cooking you performed.
Sponsor manually reviews winning entries before prize fulfillment. Failure to meet originality standards may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
6. Winner selection
After each Entry Period closes, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period.
Five (5) winners will be selected per cycle with prizes of USD $50, $20, $10, $10, and $10 (USD $100 total per cycle).
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
If a selected entry does not meet eligibility or originality requirements, Sponsor may disqualify that entry and draw an alternate winner.
7. Disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify any entry or winner who: violates these Rules; submits AI-generated, copied, or duplicate content; provides false information; attempts to manipulate the drawing; or has an account suspended for abuse or policy violations.
Disqualification for copied or AI-generated content in one cycle does not automatically bar future cycles unless Sponsor determines ongoing abuse warrants account action under our Terms of Service.
8. Notification & fulfillment
Potential winners will be notified by email to the address associated with their WhipItFlipIt.com account within approximately fourteen (14) days after the Entry Period ends.
Winners must respond with any requested verification (including proof of originality where reasonably required) within seven (7) days of notification or prize may be forfeited.
Prizes will be paid by check mailed to the winner’s U.S. postal address within fourteen (14) business days after winner confirmation and verification, unless otherwise stated on the Giveaway page.
Prizes are not transferable. No substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion due to unavailability.
9. Content license
By entering, you confirm you have the rights to your submitted recipes and grant Sponsor the non-exclusive license described in our Terms of Service to host and display your content on WhipItFlipIt.com.
Winning does not transfer ownership of your recipes to Sponsor.
10. General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs its integrity, with notice on WhipItFlipIt.com when practicable.
By entering, you agree to release Sponsor from liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, originality review, and winner selection are final and binding.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIS PROMOTION.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
